Do I need insurance to rent a car?
YES. If you have your own full coverage insurance coverage. You are open to use that with no additional cost. If you do not have insurance. You can purchase coverage here in the site!
What kinds of payment does The Pawn Play Auto Rentals accept?
The Pawn Play accepts only the following payment methods issued in the primary guest’s name:
Most credit cards issued by major financial institutions, including American Express and Discover
Non-temporary debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo that are linked to a checking account. (Includes debit cards from online banks, such as Chime, Ally, and others.)
How old do I have to be to rent a car from The Pawn Play Auto Rentals?
You must be at least 18 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied.
Can I add another driver?
Guests can add up to eight additional drivers.
Additional drivers must pass our verification process to be added to a trip.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. you can cancel most trips yourself without contacting The Pawn Play using the website.
All cancellations are effective immediately
Once you cancel, you’re no longer authorized to receive or drive the car.
Fuel, Tolls, Driving Tickets, Towed Vehicles, Parking Tickets and Red Light Camera Tickets:
The refueling charge for a rental will be $5/gallon.
Tolls: Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.
Driving tickets: Each driver is responsible for their own driving citation’s and driving tickets.
Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.
Towed vehicle: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client.
The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.
Can I return my car a day or more early?
We charge the full amount of the rental the day you book the vehicle. (In most cases) If the vehicle is returned early. You will be refunded for the days you didn't use.
How many miles do I get?
It depends on the car you select: Most have a limit of 200 a day.
Can I get a car for just 1 day rental on Friday, Saturday and Sunday?
Yes
Does The Pawn Play Auto Rentals deliver their cars?
No. We do not currently deliver vehicles
At what times can you guys deliver / pick up my rental?
We do not currently do deliveries or pick-up's to any places outside the pick-up location. You may pick-up or drop off your rented vehicle ANY time you choose. Any day you choose.
